Elliptical Workout Update: Knee Pain Diminished Greatly!

Resistance Level 1 on the Elliptical is Not So Easy!

So yesterday I decided to do something different on the elliptical. Instead of choosing a workout program, I thought I would do 30 minutes on the elliptical on resistance 1. My Christmas present this year was an elliptical. I use to have a treadmill but the elliptical is supposed to be better on the knees from what I’ve heard.
